Can we all agree that life can be a thrill and sometimes it can be a buzz kill? Let’s face it, trials, challenges, and setbacks are not fun to go through. They can (sometimes) rob us of our happiness, sap us of our energy and make life miserable. But hey, it could be worse? What do I mean by that? Let me explain…
Sometimes when we are going through a trial or challenge, we tend to focus so much on that trial or challenge that we forget to be grateful or thankful for the others things in life. When we focus on all the other positive aspects of our life, that helps us to deal with our challenges better, improves our mental state and it helps us to have a better outlook on life. I have learned over the years that when you acknowledge and show appreciation for the things that are going “right” in your life, you soon realize that one, life isn’t so bad and two, things could be worse.

I am currently going through a difficult trial right now, but instead of being consumed with that trial, I am focusing on being grateful that I still have a life to live, a place to call home, and a husband that loves me.
If you too are going through a trial or challenge, remember that it’s only temporary. Focus on ALL the “good” in your life and that will help make your trial a little less difficult to deal with. I am here to remind you that –> YOU got this, WE got this!
